So I believe the popup text is false.Has anyone had this problem? I don't know what the problem is or what caused it, but have you tried disabling email scanning? The security product could be Norton AntiVirus 2002/2003/2004, Norton Internet Security 2002/2003/2004, or Norton Personal Firewall 2002/2003/2004. This security layer is built into Windows 10, too.
