Tools->Options->Library->Configure Sharing...->Uncheck both "Find media that others are sharing" & "Share my media"... Search your processes for unnecessary *known* processes that might be keeping WMP going. Then scroll down to line that say (Start the mini player for file names that contain this text), if checked, uncheck this line, then click apply & ok. After searching online for some time I didn't find any help. I do experience this issue.   I have no Logitech software installed. Does anyone have any idea why this occurs? I got some reply accordingly I follow some kind of instruction I considered.
