I have noticed that it only freezes when the file exceeds 600Megs.. Others said that installing .NET framework 3.5 and various C++ Redistributable Packages does the trick. i don't know what it is.. THESE ACTIONS WILL COMPLETELY REMOVE YOUR LIBRARY MEANING YOU WILL HAVE TO REBUILD IT FROM SCRATCH.
