I have to pull the media card (microSD) then pop it into my PC or card reader and I'm in.Sorry that MTP or media sync is dead. But once I used my wifes laptop with Win 7 it was connected instantly and downloaded the drivers no problem. The Walkman should be redetected and reinstalled. my review here
It says Low Battery, Please charge. How do I get it to read the track names successfully? It's also a good idea to see if there is a firmware update too which might fix this problem. im losing my mind !

This feature is not available right now. I ended up popping out my micro sd card and moving the files manually through my card reader. Other media players detect it fine (Media Center 12) so I know the problem does not lie with the player.
