I only have a recovery disk for the computer, not a separate set of XP cds, and I hesitate to go all the way back to scratch! Check the device manufacturers support for compatibility with Vista and any drivers for Vista that may be available. I cannot find any information on the required service to enable/disable this feature, etc... Reconnect the USB devices and see if they're recognized properly.
