Don't open attachments in emails without saving the attachments to your hard disk first, (the Desktop is a good, temporary storage area), and then scanning the attachment with your anti-virus before I have my downloads on a RAID 0 pair of 7200rpm drives and I use the 8150 8 core processor. Sounds like a generalization that has no merit ... So I switch to VLC Media Player and the MP4 files play back O.K.
