Just make sure you’re using some kind of protection whether it’s Windows Defender or a third party anti-virus program. The updates are cumulative. Double click/tap on the downloaded .reg file to merge it. After this, please restart your computer one more time for good measure. They are just anti-malware definitions; they're not like updates to the program itself, like a patch or fix. Cheers!
