It says on their website that the Memory Test will fail if you have more than 256 MB of memory. A FINAL TIP. But I didn't have to replace the ram, instead I just slowed it down from 200Mhz or whatever down to 100Mhz, and then XP installed fine. Don't trust Norton Utilities for testing your memory.
