Tried a reinstall with none of my secondary drives. looks like one of your drives is slow and loud at boot. It's optimized per Seans Windows 8 guide. Just reinstalled the chipset drivers but hasn't changed anything.Also, should it boot in UEFI or Windows Boot Manager? check my blog
