little bit late, just brought a new 64 bit version. When I had Vista 32-bit, it would say 3.25GB RAM not 4.00GB (3.25GB usable). Bring up System Properties by either Right Clicking on "Computer" and clicking Properties, or by pressing the Windows Key + Pause/Break. Maybe the chipset on your board is only a 32-bit one?
